Seller dispatched faulty product and only offered partial refund 3 times before issuing full refund, under threat of being reported. I suspect seller has large stock of faulty product and hopes buyers accept partial refund to make substantial profit from knowingly selling faulty product. Seller made no attempt to stand behind the quality of this product, they 1st expected me to accept $6.50 refund for $35.02 product that is unfit for purpose. Buyer beware.

item arrived wrong scale.supposed to be 1:87, was 1:75. I sent seller photos and asked for refund without opening a complaint. Seller offered $1 refund. Then offered a refund but on a condition of positive feedback. Sellers who try to use buyer's transactions and funds to bribe and coerce them to leave positive feedback should be banned from eBay. Experiences like this make me want to shop elsewhere.
