Sorry its to short , I have another on my shelf and it measures 10.25 inches. The look up shows 2004 thru 2019 Rav 4 using that part number. Not sure if its boxed wrong or you
have an option maybe Promax doesn't know about. Let me know if 10.25 is longer than
