Current slide {CURRENT_SLIDE} of {TOTAL_SLIDES}- Best Selling in Trumpets
This is the best trumpet I have played in 41 years of playing. It's a beautiful horn that plays great. It has a rich deep sound that cuts through the air. I play weekly with a lively band at church and have had several compliments on the sound of this trumpet. I even had a neighbor yesterday compliment my practice playing. I practice 2- 3 hours a night playing a variety of music including jazz and this Bach 72 makes it a pleasure. I wish I had bought this trumpet years ago!

If you love the trumpet and would like a vintage Bb, find one of the very great horns produced while the great Vincent Bach was still overseeing the production of his horns. Get your hands on a vintage Vindabona. This horn was designed to get the same sound quality of the Vienesse trumpets that were made with rotoary valves. The sound quality is exceptional-even for trumpet hobbyist like myself.

Bach LR180S-72 is a great trumpet. It has the 25LR Leadpipe and very free moving slides and valves. It has a great bark when you hit a pitch real hard and a soft mellow when you blow softly. The horn has lots of speed and power. I'm very happy with it and would buy another if I ever needed to.
Excellent restoration work on this horn, addition of the Taylor rings is stellar and the workmanship attaching them is spot on. The horn blows free and clear with no compression issues. Anyone looking for a Vindabona should seriously consider the 72 bell. These horns, especially the older (Mt Vernon or Early Elkhart) models are stellar all around. Highly recommended for someone looking to move away from the stock 37 sound.
