The watch was out of stock and the seller never told me. I reached out a week later and then they let me know. Then they never cancelled the order so I had to reach out to eBay for help. They then said they would reach out to me if a similar watch came back in stock and they never did even though I can see one listed. They probably are better if you buy directly from them from their store but the eBay experience for me was bad.

SwissWatchExpo is one of the largest certified authentic watch dealers on ebay. We do sell a watch about every 10 minutes, all day, six days a week. Occasionally, a watch is sold that is no longer available, but we work hard to find a replacement. In this case, the replacements were either steel and rose gold, or the medium size, so they weren't exactly what you wanted. ebay handles all logistics of payment and refunds on their site, so naturally you had to have them involved to get refunded.
