1) Buyer's phone number on the order was disconnected, and we could not reach him; we should not be penalized for "no communication." 2) ebay handles all refunds, check with them on your funds 3) There was a typo in the listing price, which was so absurd that Buyer had to know. We corrected it ASAP and did some re-training of the new employee who made the mistake. Buyer is upset that he didn't get to steal an authentic, freshly serviced, guaranteed and warrantied Rolex watch.
