5.0 amp 20 volts max battery
At this early stage, my experience is that the price was really good, it appears to be of decent quality, and it arrived sooner than expected. It would have been a little extra if it had had a level indicator. It was not advertised to have that feature and I do not consider that as a problem. I have only had the battery a week or so, and it is still on the first charge. It charged fine with my regular Dewalt charger. I am looking forward to getting a lot of experience with this battery, and will have more to say in the future. So far, so good.

This adapter fits Makita tools. It doesn't fit dewalt Lithium powered tools. It fits Milwaukee M18 batteries for use with Makita tools. Little disappointed about that, but it does work well otherwise and its well made.

This is a very good battery that holds up well. It will run equipment as long as any other dealt battery. This battery also charges up at the same amount of time. Very well built and holds up well. I would recommend this product to anyone. The price is really good to.

The 5 AH battery that will last the day.
As a General Contractor I find myself facing a myriad of different jobs every day. I have a complete assortment of DeWalt cordless tools to accomplish those tasks. I am constantly grabbing a different tool every few minutes during the work day. Sometimes I find it convenient to take 3 or 4 different tools but only one battery pack. That reduces the load in my tool bag significantly. It is very easy to switch the pack from one tool to another as needed. I can usually work all day with a single 5 AH battery. If I am using a tool that uses a lot of watts I will put a 5 AH pack in that tool. For example a reciprocating saw or a grinder can drain a smaller capacity battery very quickly.
