Aside from the rocket kits being "resealed" with staples (Estes didn't use staples) this seller seemingly is refusing to send me a partial refund for shipping costs where he combined shipping on three rockets. I got charged $37.65 for a shipment that likely only cost $17.00. After two months and several emails, this seller appears to be just stringing me along with agreement to send me the shipping refund. This is even after I agreed to keep (not return) the kits that are clearly not "New".
