This is my 3rd packet as I LOVE THIS GRASS! With 9 acres I can not keep up but planted this where I do not want 4’ tall grass w 6’ tall weeds. It stays low enough it that it does not need mowing but once a month, while other grass needs 2x A WEEK! My chickens and geese prefer eating this to all of the other grasses growing so it doesn’t need to be mowed at all where they nibble. In a place where a mowed patch of weeds is considered a lawn (not where I am from!), this gives a true lawn to love!

Buyers Beware!!!! Seeds arrived in just a few days. Seller was very stingy on amount of seeds they sent. Honestly, it's just enough to scarcely cover a two square foot section of the yard. Figured I would make plugs out of the seeds. Planted as per instructions and absolutely none of the seeds germinated. Don't waist your money on this product, go to HD or L and buy a bag of fresh seeds that will germinate at a fraction of the cost.

I agree w/ the buyer 100% that he wasted $10 because I goggled the address of the home and seeing the lack of care and no landscaping in front yard I can clearly see that a $1000 bag of seeds is not going to do anything either. For someone that lives in Hawaii in a $1.2 million home I think it’s a shame that the view from the street is all “dirt and weeds.” Perhaps one should think about taking a course on gardening. I'm not even mentioning that I pay $74 a pound for the seeds they bought.
