I heard the shattered glass upon picking up the unopened box. Sure enough, the interior of the thermos was completely shattered. I contacted the seller with pics. Seller requires package sent back in order to initiate refund on this $11.99 thermos. According to USPS, it is prohibited to ship shattered glass through the mail. I don’t believe it’s the mishandling of USPS because the thermos was not ideally wrapped & packaged. I have lost out which is frustrating.
