This is a really fast laptop. It's big and heavy and I don't care because it's fast. I had a little problem with my laptop being registered to someone else (it turned out to be a glitch at ASUS) and when I told the seller about it, they said I had to contact ASUS directly, which I did. It still left me wondering a little, but I am pleased with the laptop.

I received the motherboard in good shape but the manual was missing. I contacted the seller and was told to contact Gigabyte for any problems. I sent an email to Gigabyte and I'm still waiting for a response. It's not Antonline's fault that the manual was absent from my box but, now I need a receipt from the seller and the serial number from the motherboard. A lot of steps....that's why I usually buy all my stuff from Amazon. Much simpler and faster....;)
