Exactly as described, excellent service
Not much to say about the product, it is a new, original Panasonic remote for my TV and it works exactly as you would expect, which is just like the one I lost. On service side, the USPS managed to somehow lose the first one they sent me. I emailed them about this and they sent a replacement out right away which the USPS actually managed to deliver, and now I can watch my TV again

Replacement Remote
I believe this is the exact replacement for the TV remote. It was previously owned by someone else and I did not receive the remote. It works fine and looks brand new just as advertised. It was received before promised. No issues so far.

Pleased with purchase.
Design - when picking it up, it's not intuitive which end to point at the TV without looking at it. However, the layout of the buttons is good. Ease of use - all buttons work nicely and, based on the one I replaced, work well for a long time. Program - N/A - My needs do not require me to program it. I just put a battery in it and point it at the TV. That's all I needed.

Refurbished product is like new
The original Panasonic Viera remote which came with the 60” Smart TV purchase but remote stopped working 2 yrs after purchase. Purchased two other universal remotes but these lacked the full functions of the original remote and within 2 yrs. these began to loose some of the function abilities, such as problems with changing channels & connecting to internet. I’ve only had this refurbished remote for 2 weeks (rec’d 02/28/20) and seems to be working well. However will have to wait to see how long it continues to function properly. Good remote control
It is almost identical to the original. The original uses screws,and glue. This one only uses glue. The battery compartment is a better design.
