Opened the product outside the return window, so that's on me. Found that I had been shipped the incorrect product. Also had no instruction sheet for either the wrong product or what I ordered. Attempted contact thru Ebay and the company website. 5 days for an email that simply questioned why it had taken me so long to open the package...no offer to help return the product for the correct set or any other communication until the request to leave feedback. Kinda disappointed.

Seller communication is excellent, the original kit disappeared into the wind but when the seller saw that it hadn't moved in a day or two via the tracking number, he contacted me and let me know that he was sending out a replacement kit, which arrived quickly and well packed.
