Seller Notes: “I powered it up down cellar with extended antennas with its AC cord--I did get a bunch of noise out ... “I powered it up down cellar with extended antennas with its AC cord--I did get a bunch of noise out of it as I turned the dial and punch various buttons---got lots of noise, more so when i8 held the antennas so I wasn't getting good reception. The noise was screeching, whistles, etc-and what sounded like some faint voices---both antennas extend/retract--the tip end of the moveable antenna is missing--the top part of the fixed antenna has a slight bend. A round silver decal on end of one side of the handle is missing. Their is a small cut/break near plug end of power cord. Battery case is nice and clean. I make no claim that this is a working radio other than what I described above.”
