Paid for the item and he never shipped. Said ebay was withholding the funds and he wouldn't ship without payment. Asked for a refund, no deal. Filed a complaint, then he changed his answer: no refund because this was as is. Problem is he never shipped and I'm out $205. Avoid this guy like the plague.
