Item works as described and I'm happy with my purchase. However, I felt the circuit board with sensitive components would have been safer if it had been enclosed in an ESD-safe bag or container. It was shipped loose among the packing peanuts and did not appear to suffer any obvious ESD damage, but latent defects are always possible.

I don't usually leave feedback or five stars because everything can be improved but in this case, other than them coming to my house to change the board, I can't think of a way for them to improve what they do. The seller was Great to do business with. The part came as described and arrived quickly and safely. It was packaged well and they kept me informed every step of the way. Their communications were Stellar and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again!

In spite of complications, short-circuit-solution provided informed and honorable service. The used circuit board turned out to be defective, a condition that could have materialized during shipping or been tricky to thoroughly test. While shipping costs were a bit high given the packaging, delivery was much sooner than expected. We were only disappointed not to have been able to use the board. The seller was quite supportive in attempts to find a solution. Thanks to the seller's people.
