Blowitoutahere, you sure did! This Island Earth is one of the classics of 1950's Scifi films, notably because it's filmed in breath-taking technicolor, widescreen, had a fairly lavish budget and most importantly, an intelligent and well-acted script. If you love good science fiction films from ANY period, I'd recommend this and it stands proudly beside The Day the Earth Stood Still, Forbidden Planet and The Thing From Another World as the best science fiction film from ANY period.
