Not quite upfront about product. Turns out should have labeled it Open Box, rather than new and unopened. The trimmer box says it comes with Battery and Charger. I did in all fairness buy it just for the tool, but was a bit surprised the box was a retail box which said it came with battery and charger. Seller likely is pulling battery and charger out of new box and selling trimmer tool only and then selling battery for a premium price. Seller apparently selling battery for premium price of $189.
