I really like these lights, but on receipt most of the large crystals have damage - either pre-sale or in transit - and two had detached from the light. They were sent in a box with no packaging material AT ALL so were prone to damage. They should have been individually wrapped with paper or bubble wrap. Either way, the vendor has not taken care.
