What it has: Classic appearance and not too big or heavy Easy to read white on black face Precision time always within a few seconds (radio controlled by time signal) Substantial leather band, comfortable to wear Shows month and day or seconds in digital window Comes with wooden box What it does not have: Second hand Backlight to assist in reading time in the dark This watch is made in China. It appears to be very good quality especially for the price. Not exactly as represented
The photo of the watch on the listing was not the same as received. Also, while the watch is supposed to sync with WWV or other “Atomic” sources, it doesn’t. The user can select the correct time zone which corrects the hour, but the watch was received with the incorrect minutes set and the directions for manually setting the time won’t work. I’ll try for awhile longer to get the correct time set, but if I can’t I’ll have to return it.The photo of the watch on the listing was not the same as received. Band failure right after the warranty expired.
The wrist band failed at the buckle less than three months after purchase. It is too much hassle to ask for any kind of compensation so I will just order another band from another source. The watch works fine, but I just wish I could wear it.
