The guitar I received was exactly as pictured, but the fretboard was broken so it was not playable. The seller did not mention anything about it being damaged prior to buying. I contacted the seller and they offered a partial refund but never issued it despite assuring me they did. The sellers customer service was great, aside from not following through on what was agreed upon.
