Battery sent to me did not work, I charged it and upon plugging into correct charger it read immediately as "fully charged" but would not function or power up my camera. I charged it for 2 hours despite reading as "fully charged" and it still would not power up my camera nor hold a charge despite the charger reading it as fully charged.

What you are describing sounds like there could be an issue with your camera. In order to test the battery accurately to see if it is defective you would need to put a multimeter tester to the positive and negative.The picture of the battery on a charger does not prove a bad battery. However, I try and make right with every customer that feels they didn't get what was promised. I accept hassle free returns on all of my listings if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. Thank you
