This unit operates on a 9 volt battery included already inside. For access only two front screws to be removed. Hook the wires to the polarity terminals of the oscillator, then tap on the flat disc of the morse coder. You will hear beep tones from the back of the unit. This unit is NEW (not used). The morse coder had to be mounted on a flat piece of wood. The wires are included and the manual. The manual has some black smudges which I tried to remove but it is still in good condition.
