Allowed me to add 2 monitors to my X1 Lenovo Thinkpad Laptop (Not Surface). - Works great for working from home. - Easy to connect. - Only one small complaint - wish this "Dock" powered my laptop. - As it only 2 cables to connect (USB and Power for Laptop). - Easy!

I use this "port replicator" at my office, and I wanted one at home. I still refuse to call this a "docking station" when it truly is just a "port replicator". It plugs into a USB port, and provides additional ports, notably more USB ports and two video ports. It requires its own electricity. A real docking station would also provide power to the notebook computer. But the technology world has gone away from that.
