Hi Yes , we did pack it like this and after that we did put it in a BOX for extra care , where is main parcel box please you did not received like this there is proper parcel Box ? We do not know how to protect heavy item we work with what we got to pad up to receive it safely , I am really sorry if you do not like appearance of the packing ,
