I have bought remotes from this seller before and got good service out of them. For the money this remote a really good looking,well built and so far has exceeded my expectations. Based on my experience in the past you can not do better than buying remotes from this seller...full stop.

The shipping envelope was a standard media envelope, with a small amount of bubble wrap on the inside. This was not enough to protect the remote from being bounce around in mailing. I had to pop the sides of the remote together because of poor shipping protection. As a result of poor shipping the step keys, do not work at all. Because of the poor shipping protestation, I cannot in good conscience recommend or use seller again. This was a waste of money. Replacement or refund should be given.
