The drum unit, though it has the "same" product number than the one currently in the printer, ended up being about 1/3rd of an inch shorter than the one item to be replaced. It is no good, could not fit in with the rest of the equipment, and sending it back its a bother. It just became an expensive piece of garbage, that is all. So much for "COMPATIBLE" or "GENUINE" When I buy at the store, I pay more, but the product fits. If not, I can walk over and exchange it, or get my money back.

    Product came exactly as described. Outer box had been opened and resealed, but inner factory packing was untouched, and nothing was crushed or otherwise damaged. Great value for me!

    Replacemment part to Drum unit DOES NOT FIT

    The product does not fit my Lexmark MB2442 adwe. It is about 1/2 inch shorter in deptth and designs underneath the bottom right corner closer to the printer door are such that it does not fits in well and does not allowe the toner cartridge to go in. A waste of my money.
