Cheap quality, Chinese knockoffs, which do not fit the razor head properly and cannot be clipped in. Seller is unwilling to refund the whole product (just the plastic piece!?) and trying to convince me that this is an upgraded part, whereas it is not suitable for use! Product and seller both are NOT recommended!

There's a misunderstanding on this, We never state our shaver heads are original ones, how can you say they are knockoffs?
According to your feedback pictures, the frame's broken but the shaver heads are still good for working on the shaver
So I asked if you were willing to keep the heads, we can refund you $2.5 as compensation of the frame
If you insist on the return, we will accept the return
