Record was scratched, went to the seller for suggestions for treatment (it's over 50 years old, I wasn't expecting perfect shape) gave me a full refund and assured that their employee was meant to check and repair all damaged viynl prior to shipping. Gave me a suggestion for cleaning and repair and spent the refund money on that. Expert in vinyl and an overall postive interaction. Would definitely shop again with that level of quality assurance!
