Ordered 11/30. After sending messages and receiving no replies canceled December 6 and ordered different fur from Lars in Germany on 12/7. Even though I had canceled it was shipped 12/13 and then I was charged to return it, which I don’t think I should have been when I canceled it and gave them a weeks notice. Other issue from Germany actually got here first in the quality I understand the price is dramatically higher,but it doesn’t look like real fur. Texture of carpet. Just my honest opinion.

Scammers! Purchased three rugs, made it seem like they sent all in one package when they only shipped one! Now they don’t reply to my msgs and eBay not doing anything about it! Save your money and time! SCAMMERS! btw the rug i received is damaged and not as mentioned.
