We advised you multiple times to return these units if you were not happy, this would have come back at our cost with a full refund to you. You demanded a $100 refund on a $600 purchase that we already discounted by $78 for you, we can't give a $100 refund for $40 worth of DVD Drives. The drive may have been in the stock photo but the Optical drive was not in the specs, features or the included items. Thanks, RNI Sales
