Junk. They won't even let me describe it.
Flimsy connectors, not crimped (just folded over the wire), so the wire fell out of the HOT side of the fuse holder and arced, almost started a fire. Clips so loose that the fuses FELL OUT -- any continuity was by pure coincidence.
I notified the seller yesterday, got no reply. Didn't expect one, THEY know it's junk and shipped it anyway. I cut the nylon plug off and wired it to a better cable because I didn't have time to mess with it.
