    Phillips Sonicare - excellent product - lightweight great features

    Works as expected. Does an excellent job. I have used electric toothbrushes for years. this one vibrates faster than most. It is more like the more expensive brushes from several years ago.

    Charging base should have a wall plug, not a USB plug

    I've had Sonic cares for 30 years or more. This is the first one that didn't come with a wall plug for the charger. I don't have a USB port in my bathroom. Whoever designed this should be fired.

    Quietly takes care of my teeth

    My old Sonicare needed replacing and I chose this model as I didn't need a bunch of extra features. I've had it about a week and am very pleased with it. I did need to buy a USB-C adapter as this comes with a USB-C plug only.

    Basic inexpensive model that does the job

    I wasn’t expecting bells and whistles on this bargain model, but it does have a pressure sensor with haptic feedback as well as the 30 second brush zone signal - so I think it was a great purchase. Shipping was included and it came in just 3-5 days. No complaints so far!

    Ok but not what I expected

    It’s not as much as I expected. I have a Diamond Care that broke after five years and thought this looked like an amazing deal but these are not the same. Fewer bells and whistles, like these are only one speed or choice while my old one offered four or five cleaning options.
