Not sure if the item was defective, just poor quality or both. The stereo had constant noise and the sound quality was poor. Item was listed as brand new, but showed signs of previously being opened. Plastic film on display looked like it had been peeled of and attempted to put back on. The item was returned and refunded.

This seller committed fraud. I purchased a unit that was described as unopened in it's original packaging. However, upon arrival not only was the package open but items were missing. Seller claimed he did not pack and ship the item himself. When confronted the seller claimed I was lying and he would check the serial number. After I pushed back he then said he would have to check with his boss. I finally got my refund after threatening the police. This man is a fraud, a lair, and a thief.
