Seller didn’t disclose he had written on the box. Value diminished. When I reached out he just made excuses for not disclosing.
Who writes on a bobble box then sells it without telling you.

This bobblehead sold for less than $10 and had no value to “diminish”. Not to mention that it’s common practice among most collectors to write the bobblehead name on white boxes, and doesn’t diminish the value at all. This was a very strange interaction.
