Package came in looking great have not been able to test it out still waiting on cables to show up. It fits nicely on my new work pc. Will be nice to use 4 monitors again! I'll update this feedback after the cables come in. But to be honest price was excellent arrive sooner than expected so the outcome so far is great! Thank you!

I bought 2 systems and they both came with missing 4 missing screw each to optionally add 3.5 inch drives. When I asked to send them, they came back saying:
"Hi! These PC's were not configured with a 3.5"; SATA Hard Disk Drive which is why they were not included. . I'd recommend to not make any hardware changes at least until the 30 day warranty with us has expired..."
It's a ridiculous ask to a buyer to do. The z240 is designed for 2.5"/3.5" drives & that's why the screws come stocked.

We did not advertise it with a 3.5" SATA Hard Drive nor did you order it configured with one. We are not obligated to send the screws of a part that is not present. Furthermore, you could have easily sent us a message beforehand asking if they were included instead of assuming it would have been. We stand on what we said as far as making hardware modifications within the warranty period.
