A blast from the past...
This movie was alot of fun. I had forgotten about special effects prior to Star Wars ( my 17 year old asked if the scorpions were photos attached to popsicle sticks and moved around) but the hordes of plated cockroaches were actually scary. All in all, a good movie to kick back with on a rainy Saturday with a bag of popcorn. The last thing I'll say about it was that I was struck by the contrast of how hopeful it seemed for a post apocalyptic scenario (regardless of how illogical that might be) compared with more modern takes on the subject. That, was kind of refreshing.This movie was alot of fun. Damnation into Time
Very good Sic-Fi movie, great story telling, fun to watch. Enjoyed very so " Damnation Alley " for it time frame of movie making. 5 out 5 winner in my book. Jan-Michael Vincent is outstanding in the movie, not bad for its time.
