This product makes your teeth feel really clean. The jury is out on whether or not it helps the gums, a dentist visit coming up may provide more information.

Has a better feel in my mouth and gums than the product I was using before and a better all around taste. This was recommend by my dentist as I had a high accumulation of plaque and tartar around the gum line during my last check-up. Guess I won't know if this product will resolve that until my next appointment.
