I got this camera so I can transfer my old movies to my computer. The first few takes it did great but some of the tapes had no sound. We tried everything but nothing works. We got another camcorder and we realized that it was the camcorder that was not transferring sound. We copy the movies over then use the other camcorder to redo the once’s that’s had no sound.
