I love tycoon games and simulations. This is one of the better ones I've played. It was cool operating a business and seeing the impact changing different variables made on the outcome. Great game!

All three of my daughters love this game. They just wish the mall could be larger. They've fought over it since Christmas and they are 15,13,11. So it is child friendly.
it dose not work on windows 7. but we going to keep it and use it on our other com, it's a very good game anyway.thank you

By far the best and easiest mall tycoon. its easier to build its easier hire and its easier to manage the mall. the graphics are a little cartoony but i think its better then last two mall tycoons ... love it
