fairly easy to use. it's too light and the anchor does work very well, you have to hold it down while rolling. fine for rolling small amount each time. not for making pasta for the whole family.

1. Instructions say to not wash it. 2. Cutters only indent the pasta, they don’t separate the strands on either setting. 3. Rollers are not very grippy so you really need to thin the dough before rolling 4. It I is inexpensive so maybe 1-3 are minor. Update: there are not “3 blade attachments” there is one double-blade attachment. I don’t think these people are Italian, their website says it makes Alfredo pasta as if that were a shape and not a sauce.

Pretty nice little pasta maker. Very easy to use. Just choose what type of pasta you want to roll out start the dough crank the handle and homemade pasta. It's that easy. The fact that it's stainless steel is a big plus for cleaning. No worries about rust if you happen to leave water on it, but I make sure it's dry before putting it away. I think with a little more practice ( since it's my first one) might even give the pros a run for they're money! Thanks for a great product!

I used this pasta maker once time and was satisfied with the purchase. I think it was me or the consistency of the dough but the strands of pasta did not separate very easily. I think with a little dryer dough it will cut better. Overall it worked pretty good and the meal was delicious.

have never made homemade pasta before. I just finished trying it for the time. It was very easy to do. I think I need to work on the pasta recipe a little. I really wish the instructions would state which blades came with it, There are two blades (one on each side of the cutting attachment) I just don't know enough to know what they are. Some reviews said the cutter did not cut all the way through the pasta. I used the smaller cutter. There is a line down my pasta strips and I do not know if this is an uncut line or just the design of the way it cuts. As with all things there is a bit of a learning curve. I have never even eaten homemade pasta so I have a lot to learn. I cooked a little of it to see how it cooked up and tasted. I will say I think the taste was superior to the Skinners that I usually use. We are having meatballs an spaghetti made with my pasta maker for Christmas dinner tomorrow. The pasta is now drying. Hung over the oven door handle as I do not have a drying rack. I did think it would cook faster than it did (3 minutes) but it still cooked way faster than the dried pasta I usually use.Read full review
