This is a replacement for the previous purchase from this seller. I communicated that with seller at time of order and received no reply. Shipped quick and price was great, I guess I was hoping seller would acknowledge my issues with initial purchase. Be cautious with the twist locks on this flag pole, I had 2 fail on my last pole as I like to change up the bottom flag occasionally. I will keep buying because I do like this unit.

Customer service is excellent, my item was delivered to the wrong house, I was expecting a scam when I got a notification that the item had been delivered but wasn't here. I contacted customer service and they didn't just blow me off, they responded very quickly. The USPS worker delivered the package to the wrong house.
