Great communication was maintained by the seller throughout the process. The plants arrived in a plastic bag with a small amount of water, which kept them healthy and prevented them from drying out. Although two of the plants did not survive the transit, the seller promptly resolved the issue. The remaining plants are in excellent condition and helped clear the ammonia from my tank within just three days. I am extremely satisfied with the seller's prompt communication and care for the plants.
