Exactly as described. The bottom of the box had a hole from the weight of the sphere and the box being dragged by the delivery people. The sphere has some deep scratches on it because of it. But I have to live with it, I'll put that part to the bottom, maybe nobody will notice. Put some extra patting in the bottom of the shipping box so it doesn't happen again to another customer. Other than that I love my sphere. Thanks 😊.
