PART CAME IN DAMAGED. BOX WAS NOT DAMAGED AND HAD TO PAY A R&I GUY TO COME TO OUR HOUSE TO INSTALL. UPON OPENING HE SHOWED THE DAMAGE. WE HAD BEEN WITHOUT THE SECOND CAR TWO WEEKS AS WE SEARCHED AND THEN WAITED. ASSUMED SELLER WOULD MAKE A MINOR FINANCIAL CONCESSION. WAS NOT LOOKING FOR FULL REFUND JUST A CONCESSION AS DAMAGE WAS COSMETIC AND DID NOT IMPACT ACTUAL FUNCTION. WOULD NOT CONCEDE AND REQUESTED WE RETURN. THIS WOULD HAVE MEANT PAYING AN ADDITIONAL OF 150 TO REMOVE AND INSTALL A NEW ON
