Part was damaged before shipping overboost shop is complete garage everything they sell is broken or damaged or they ship a damaged part for the wrong part then drag their feet to refund you

upon boxing the item for shipping, warehouse noticed part had small damages. we immediately informed the buyer about item condition and he got upset. As as professional seller instead of shipping damaged part and waste customers time and funds with the carrier to ship, we decided to inform them as this was the last piece we had in inventory. we hope buyers can see we do communicate with our customers and do our best to offer timely services.
