Poor Quality - Warped
Poor quality. I'd use it only if no other parts were available but you won't be happy with the way it looks. The ends sit up as if it is warped. Should have kept the original part because it actually looked better.

The last 2 fasteners on each end didn't quite match up. I had to cut them off and glue some body panel fasteners to right spots. Hopefully they'll hold.
