I am very dissatisfied with the quality of this product. The installation process was challenging due to the need to remove excess plastic to make the attachments fit properly. Furthermore, only one attachment properly aligns with the car's attaching hole, leaving the other three loose and hence useless. A zip tight helped but this compromised the intended use in case of car being towed. The seller communicates poorly -- just a copy/paste response instead of reading and responding accordingly.
