Good if you don't mind wrestling with plug
About a week since installation, and so far seems to be working. My only complaint is plug on fan pops off it's mooring when you try to connect other plug, which makes the connecting more difficult, and leaves electrical cable dangling, unless you're willing to put up with the tedium of reconnecting to fan assembly shroud.

I was able to disconnect the lower radiator hose and slip it in from the bottom ,,,,Super easy installation. It works great ....My old one was dead and causing hot water to force into the overflow container
