The item shipped quick and was received quick. Everything was in tact. The box was blown out, looks like it was dropped by the courier. Surprised the oils were undamaged because they didn't have any padding. I still placed 5 stars and positive feedback, but it could have been much worse. I got lucky. I would recommend additional padding and/or a thicker box or at the minimum a lot more tape. Strapping tape would be best. This was a heavy box. the courier probably didn't realize it.
