OEM part - must have | same cost but assured Honda quality control
OEM Radiator cap - required for controlled siphoning to overflow reservoir. Its the same cost as aftermarket which may not have the extruded pressure valve, which seals the coolant from the overflow channel until pressure reaches 1.1

Try this before freaking out
I was noticing coolant all over the inside of my hood every time I parked after a drive. Was getting worried it was a head gasket issue but did a little googling and several people were suggesting to simply get a new radiator cap. Checked to see if my old cap had any issues and sure enough the rubber was pretty worn. Ordered this oem part and now everything is staying completely dry. My radiator cap went out. Bought a no name brand from Autozone. It failed in 3 months. The build qualitu on this seems better. Regardless, it works and if it truly is Genuine Denso, then it should last for years to come.
